He has over 25 years of experience in project management, having worked on a wide range of projects in different industries and locations. He understands the challenges that come with project management, particularly in balancing business pressures with client expectations. This realization led to the creation of Bantt, offering a comprehensive range of services to provide better options for companies.

Xavier started his professional life in France in 1995 with an engineering degree and a master's in project management. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience working on exciting projects in different parts of the world, including Paris, London, Los Angeles, Austin Texas, Munich, Marseille, Casablanca, Saudi Arabia, Toronto, Montreal, and a multitude of construction and operation sites.

Having worked with some of the largest Engineering and Construction companies in the world, he has seen first-hand the challenges faced in project management and project control. His knowledge in executing large projects with a CAPEX exceeding $100M is no easy feat, and we are here to help you navigate these challenges.
